Licence application documents for an accounting company.
Both applications must be duly certified by the legal entity (stamp and signature)
- Evidence for annual insurance against damage during professional activity in the minimum amount of 20,000 euros in denars per event for an accounting company.
- List of employees with certificate number and signatory indication for annual and financial reports
- Criminal court certificate for the applicant, i.e., for the manager.
- Original Certificate of non-conviction pursuant to Article 27(2) No. 4 of the Law on Accounting Practice (Official Gazette No. 173/22), i.e. proof of absence of more than six-month unconditional prison sentence with a final court verdict and of crimes against employment, crimes against property, crimes against public finances, payment transactions and the economy as well as crimes against official duty as long as the legal consequences of the judgment exist.
Licence application documents for a sole trader - certified accountant
Both applications must be duly certified (stamp and signature) by the legal entity.
- Evidence for annual insurance against damage during professional activity in the minimum amount of 10,000 euros in denars per event for a sole trader – certified accountant
- List of employees (first, last name and certificate number)
- Criminal court certificate for the applicant, i.e. for the managing director,
- Original Certificate of non-conviction pursuant to Article 27(2) No. 4 of the Law on Accounting Practice (Official Gazette No. 173/22), i.e. proof of absence of more than six- month unconditional prison sentence with a final court verdict and of crimes against employment, crimes against property, crimes against public finances, payment transactions and the economy as well as crimes against official duty as long as the legal consequences of the judgment exist.

- List of employees (first, last name and certificate number)
- Criminal court certificate for the applicant, i.e. for the managing director,
- Original Certificate of non-conviction pursuant to Article 27(2) No. 4 of the Law on Accounting Practice (Official Gazette No. 173/22), i.e. proof of absence of more than six- month unconditional prison sentence with a final court verdict and of crimes against employment, crimes against property, crimes against public finances, payment transactions and the economy as well as crimes against official duty as long as the legal consequences of the judgment exist.
