Required documents for application for certified accountant certificate
- Documents are submitted in original or a copy certified by a notary.
Required documents for registration in the Register of certified accountants
- Original Certificate of non-conviction pursuant to Art. 27, Paragraph 2, Item 4 of the Law on Performing Accounting Services (Official Gazette No. 173/22), i.e. proof of absence of more than six-month unconditional prison sentence with a final court verdict and of crimes against employment, crimes against property, crimes against public finances, payment transactions and the economy as well as crimes against official duty as long as the legal consequences of the judgment exist.
